Money Is the Most Important Factor

People usually compare happiness on the job versus a large salary. Some of them prefer satisfaction to a highly paid position. In my case, I like a job which has ample financial rewards. There are two reasons why I prefer a top salary profession to a satisfying occupation.
Firstly, nowadays, money is essential in the world, and it often help people to avoid stress. For instance, if a person usually allocates all or almost all of his salary to the bills every month, he or she will likely be very unhappy and under pressure. On the other hand, if that person gets a highly paid job, he won’t be worried about his bills. In addition, he could even do something that he wanted to such as traveling and shopping. These are excellent methods for avoiding stressful feelings.
Another reason is that having a well paid job can make a person feel more confident. “ A wealthy person is able to speak louder” is proverb in my country, it means rich people are always proud of themselves. For example, if a person, who has high wages, dresses in a luxury suit and drives a BMW, he must feel more assured than others. This situation occurs frequently since people like to compare themselves to others. As a result, affluent people always have a higher status in a crowd. Consequently, I think a good paid career is more critical than job satisfaction, due to the fact that relaxation and confidence usually correspond to wealth. For this reason, I have to work hard to attain lucrative employment opportunity.
