My Goals

Every one has different plans for the future. Some people have two kinds of plans. One is a short-term objective. The other is a long-term goal. Similarly, I have two aspirations; the short-term one is to have good grades on the TOEFL test. The long–term one is to get married.
First of all, my short-term plan is to get good grades on TOEFL test. I need a good TOEFL score because I want to enter college or university. If my score is not high enough, then I can’t choose which school I want to enter. My reading is really weak, so if I want to make this goal come true, I need to read a lot of English books. Actually, I like reading. However ,my vocabulary is not large enough, so I am not enjoying reading. Reading more is the best way to improve my reading. If I can make this goal come true, maybe I am going to study about daycare. I like children so much; I hope my job involves working with children. Then I will enjoy it.
My long-term plan is to get married. In my opinion, I think getting married between 28 and 30 is the best moment. At that age, I am not naïve like now; I can make the right decision about whom to marry. After that, I want to have a baby early, because I don’t want to take care of my baby when I am old. I hope I can enjoy my golden years and don’t need to wake up at midnight, or help my children to do their homework at night. I just want to do everything I want to do after I retire.
In conclusion, I know those two goals are not easy to obtain, so I need to study hard, and very carefully make decision, so I don’t want to have regrets in my life.
