Being Happy with your Job

Confucius, the greatest and most influential philosopher and educator of ancient China, commented, "No matter if people are rich or poor, the luckiest person is a man who is happy every day." This relates that money is not important to people, and happiness is the most significant factoring our lives. Therefore, I agree with that being happy with your job is more important than having a high salary, and I have two reasons to support my opinion.
First , being happy with your job can help people get paid well. If we are happy with our positions, we will be willing to do our work. As a result, our jobs will be well done and our bosses will increase our salaries. Another example of this phenomenon is study. When we start to learn a new course, our teachers always say," You should have an interest in this course, and then you can learn a lot." That is true. If we are not happy to learn the content of the course, we would not want to do all of the assignments involved and we would not get good marks, which are like payment in a job. In my opinion, we should only think about how a job can give us happiness and knowledge, and we should not concern ourselves about the rewards with this position.
The most important reason for seeking job satisfaction is that we can have a really happy life. Why do we want to be well paid? Buying cars, houses, and gifts for families are valuable . In fact, all of these offer a happy and comfortable life. On the other hand, people who just want to get a high salary are not able to have a satisfying life. For instance, every year the divorce rate increases by 1.12% in America, because of the heavy pressure involved in work .
I believe that a good mood for a job and suitable pay is enough.
In conclusion, possessing a lot of money does not provide a really contended life. We should enjoy our work, and make it become a part of our down time. Standard pay is enough. Don’t become a slave to money.
